On the construction side, I like being able to send invoices/estimates on the go from the app. 

Easy-to-read, prompt, complete invoices and reports.

Theres also a duplicate trash bill at like $60 that I was hoping to have removed, but I don't think it is happening even though the attachments to both bills of the exact same amount are the exact same invoice date and price.I'm just looking for advice since she is clearly playing hardball and seeing what she can get away with during the transition with regard to betting that I'm either a pushover or won't bother with legal action over only a couple grand.

Next-Door-Neighbor stepped up to receive and to pay the billing invoices from Trusted Services.

As a PM myself, I provide owners with a scanned copy of the actual invoice so they see exactly what was charged and that I'm not marking it up.

Additionally, landlords may only collect that fee upon providing the applicants with a copy of the results of that inquiry, together with a copy of a receipt or invoice, and must waive this charge if the tenants can provide copies of a credit and background check conducted within a thirty (30) day period prior to the application.

But an invoice from a painter and the cost of new carpet would certainly be justified deductions from the tenant's security deposit if damaged by smoking inside.

I keep it pretty dang simple when it comes to screening Multi's.

My assumption is that you have to pay the contractor upfront first and then you submit a requisition to the lender along with the proof of payment and invoice.
