Especially nice if you ever deal with partial rental months, reimbursing tenants for things, and the move-out process.I've never tried to use Buildium for more than the trial period - I'm expect it's really great if you don't mind paying for and relying on it.  

Then, I was the second guy the DA put on the stand at the official trial.  

So basically, we need alot of trial and error and it made wholesaling seem like it was way to difficult for what it was worth.So until recently, I was completely turned off by the thought of wholesaling, but I knew we had to be doing something totally wrong....way wrong, because i was seeing too many people succeeding from it. 

If you haven't built before, this would be a trial by fire, and you could lose your shirt.

You never can really learn anyways until you get out there and start learning through trial and error.

I've got to get a couple of trial runs done, but hopefully I'll something for you to watch in a month or so!

It usually takes trial and error to find a good one even with recommendations.Keep looking, work hard, and success will find you.
