Personally, I made my vision plain, prayed, and executed something every day until I got here.

I have seen some posts about people building in the austin area for 70 per foot, but don't believe that would be possible unless it was a larger very plain house that was self contracted.

Third party management done right is just plain labor intensive.

Obviously this was an hour long presentation, not her full 5 day course, but I got a sense for the pros and cons of her teaching style.Pro's: She's an expert, plain and simple.

I just see new investors wasting enough money on "education" from sketchy guru types that could have been spent on one's first deal and that is just plain wrong.

They are deceptive, plain and simple.
