Whether the demand is met or not I can't say.My experience is that executives on short-term stays are staying at places like the Buffalo Club, or they've got a corporate-owned loft or condo on the waterfront, etc.Take this with a large grain of salt, as this is just what I've observed working in a corporate environment downtown and keeping my ears open :)

Leveraging RE when I was in my 30s was the best thing I have ever done.Not sure that what happened with me can be duplicated, in fact I am sure the opportunities I had are not available in the same way.They say you can't time the markets and that is true to a certain extent; you have a valid observation about today's markets as being risky and a potential bubble.
