Research is always important before investing in land.

An example would be denying a building permit for a home because it was intended to provide housing for persons with mental retardation.To refuse to make reasonable accommodations in land use and zoning policies and procedures where such accommodations may be necessary to afford persons or groups of persons with disabilities an equal opportunity to use and enjoy housing.

I'd rather live in a high rise studio in downtown San Diego as opposed to a townhouse 3 miles inland in Ventura.

Meanwhile, I've got my hands full taking care of our little rental property empire here. :-)

Nearly everything else gets covered with gravel and/or mulch.The inland area that two of our rentals are gets very hot in the summer (>100 degrees is common) and water bills can easily reach into the hundreds of dollars if you insist on making your property a "grass farm".
