I think the trust took Title, use the anonymity to hide it, and also you need to setup AND operate your LLC's to hide their identities.Are you ready for all the additional costs and administrative overhead? 

Seller(s) also agree to sign an affidavit at closing personally guaranteeing the validity of all leases and rent ledgers.Now that may seem like a lot for a seller to agree to, but if they have nothing to hide, why would they not agree?

I was so incredibly skeptical that I spent 6 months trying to shoot down the process, and find the skeletons that I was sure were hiding.

Which brings me to this:Couldn't more people just build low clearance decks and use that to hide USTs ?

It is well worth it for you if the lease was clearly broken by the tenant(s), and you have nothing to hide.

If he's got nothing to hide he should be willing to share screens during a zoom/google meet call and show how well they are going. 

The imperfections are cool too, and better for rentals, as they hide future scratches and dings better than shiny bamboo floors do.

People with nothing to hide, hide nothing.
