I invest actively and intelligently with equities and believe that investing in real estate has several similarities.

I am trying to be intelligent about how I will move forward with this, but I can't wait to get it going.

Hopefully I will be able to utilize my background in business intelligence/analytics, sales, marketing and social media to integrate in with learning about real estate investing as well as help others with things they may need to help grow their success!

You forget, this requires 2 ingredients; actual intelligent wisdom, and the desire to work for the people. 

That artificially held prices down for the existing homes.

Without those, you will eliminate those of us intelligent professional women due to our security radar.

I was looking at potentially relocating to Broward, Florida but I am open to moving to other areas of the USA.The past year I was travelling around the world doing volunteer work in various countries but I'm thinking it's probably time to go back to paid work.I would super appreciate some advice from the intelligent folks on BP. 

That lease contract on that business artificially appreciates the value of the property because the cash flow increases over time.
