Do you have a template (not a fill in the blank one), that describes the steps along the way? 

Hello,      I'm new to BP as well as REI,  I've done lots of homework and feel ready to get my feet wet on my first deal.  I'm a father of 2 young boys and barely staying afloat,  It's time to get my family out of deb...

The sales contracts I've been finding all seem to be stuck in 1975, when you wanted a piece of paper that made your lawyer feel at home, which you could xerox and reuse for every deal by filling in blanks and attaching appendices, without having to retype it.Even the simplest are still dark and full of terrors.  

That's simple, just address an envelope to her (you can even put a blank sheet of paper in there) and on the front of the envelope write "RETURN SERVICE REQUESTED".

No fill in the blanks.

@Patrick Liska - If I move the fridge to the other side and place a 9" cab between the stove and fridge, the folks in the living room will be staring at the side of the refrigerator.
