Waiting to hear back from HML on the first for proof of funds on a SFH.The second we just found today on a bike ride through the neighborhood behind us and it also looks good.In all sincerity my wife and I would like to thank all the wonderful folks in the BP community for the inspiration, the podcasts and the priceless info and education that this community has to offer.

It would be prudent to have an additional exit strategy if and when the city becomes sincere in their regulation efforts, or, more likely extorts enough money from AirBnB'ers that it is no longer unusually profitable.

I've since realized what an incredibly powerful networking resource this site is.

I have since re-fied the heloc money that was out on the condo right back into my house payment and just finished opening my new heloc with all the crazy appreciation around here.
