In 2024, we are upgrading the outdoor space to include a putting green, a nice firepit situation, a playset, and expanding the deck.

The damn thing actually turned out awesome and it might just hold up.So as I was in the middle of all that, I happened to notice the garage is threatening to fall over and the suspended second story deck is coming away from the house.

I recall someone asking how to remove a stain from their deck, come on !

We had our inspection yesterday and we definitely need to fix a few things, the most pressing being two tall decks that act as a front and back entrance to one of our units. 

The property had no current means to drive to the property.  3) An attached unit that must have at one time had both the unit at auction and the next door unit owned by the same person as the neighbor unit has a door that opened onto the roof of the auction property and the roof of the auction property was being used as the deck for the neighboring unit (this one could likely be addressed at reasonable cost). 

I lost a house last week that I bid on that had these numbers:  $235K asking price, comps were around $300K fully decked out in the same neighborhood. 

It is expensive for what it is, but I can assure you the snow blades destroy trucks, so they certainly have to pay back their wear and tear much quicker than on a normal truck.
