The property had no current means to drive to the property.  3) An attached unit that must have at one time had both the unit at auction and the next door unit owned by the same person as the neighbor unit has a door that opened onto the roof of the auction property and the roof of the auction property was being used as the deck for the neighboring unit (this one could likely be addressed at reasonable cost).

It is expensive for what it is, but I can assure you the snow blades destroy trucks, so they certainly have to pay back their wear and tear much quicker than on a normal truck.
