Your attitude determines your altitude.Numbers don't lie people do...A partnership is like a marriage without sex...BUT that doesn't mean you can't get screwed!

I do about 5-6 deals per year with mine and have had to cancel 2 deals and they had the attitude that "sometimes it happens" and did not charge for the search.

Anyway, sure sounds like you have the right attitude to make a go at doing some mobile home deals.

Hi Guys...I read the book...and I loved it... there are some great insights in there...from the website, I sent an inquiry for the coaching program...I had a call from someone who scheduled a phone call with what he called "program director"I've just finished the call with that guy who appeared to me like a salesman who tried aggressively to sell me the program on spot for $ 4,899.He tried to embarrass me by making me feel that if didn't pay immediately, then I'm not serious about the coaching, I'm chickening out and accordingly I'll never be rich having this attitude...he tried to sell me a service that looked very vague to me!!

I like your attitude about going out there and buying something this week but be careful about buying a bad deal because you bought it in haste.

Of course, people getting into the business should do their due diligence about what the local government's attitude is toward short term vacation rentals and if there is any legislation coming down the pipeline.All in all I thought it was yet another great show, I got a lot of food for thought as far as potentially doing my own vacation rentals at some point and my impression was she admitted it wasn't really right to sublet without her landlord knowing, although she didn't sound too broken up about it :)When we're young we don't always appreciate what's going on from the landlord's point of view.

Sometimes they may owe more than you gave them but that's their burden to bare.This is a piss-poor attitude and will only screw people over.
