Hi everyone,I've had my mortgage recently taken over by another company, I've managed to log on to their online portal to see they are charging me three times the interest than the principal and had a quick look on Better business bureau to see they have 500 or so complaints and one star reviews.

I've been part of Sean Terry's, TTP/Brett Daniels', Pace Morby's/Subto, Steve Trang/Real Estate Disruptors, and Ryn Pineda's Future Flipper All-Stars.

For me I am always testing and tracking but most importantly sticking to the fundamentals and being early to adapt and pivot though keeping your north star in focus.

Please take this with a grain of salt and know that I write it in the spirit of being helpful.Your rating is 4.76 stars.  

One of them I have had for a few years and I have tons of 5 star reviews.  

The average STR owner spends much more on home/property  improvements because they have to in order to retain a 5 star rating.c) Having these STRs in pristine condition raises the property values of the neighborhood, thereby raising the property tax eventually.d) Studies have shown that a strong STR presence in a city will actually raise tourism in that area.

"The idea of striking it rich in Alaska led over 100,000 people from all walks of life to abandon their homes and embark on an extended, life-threatening journey across treacherous, icy valleys and harrowing rocky terrain.Less than half of those who started the trek to the Yukon arrived; those who got there safely stood little chance of finding gold.

You accumulate enough of those and prospective visitors may see your 2 star rating and not even bother clicking to see your cabin.I would disclose it with a detailed description of your ghost's, non-threatening antics and run with it. 

I have no idea how the realty company who sold me this house has all five star reviews.

It can be frustrating watching hotshot social media stars seemingly getting to the endgame overnight, but know that for every smiling photo on the beach are underlying risks/advantages/secrets that may not be exposed on the surface.
