I am curious as to what you are seeing in your market. Not looking for marketing speak like "My Market is on FIRE!" I am looking for what the numbers look like. Are DOM increasing? have there been price cuts in your market? What are transactions looking like in your market; are they down YOY? Up from 2018 ( the last real year, lol)? What are you seeing in the numbers? Thanks!
