Plain and simple.

Plain language is fine as long as it is clear to both parties.

now a days I was just at Altanta airport this week I saw a total of ONE pay phone and about the only place I see those now a days is at a port when I am on a cruise ship trip.. or in a internet café were foreigners are calling home.There was no fed ex  had to rely using snail mail... and then they came out with this thing called a fax machine.. but that was OK but the paper was such that the print faded with time.. so you could not really use it for files you would hold a long time.. then there was plain paper fax.. now that was coolthen the scanners came out..

tenants just dont treat homes like owners do  plain fact. 

Appreciation potential looks outstanding and I just plain old like the property (for business reasons).

The agent has the listing plain and simple, but what happens with the almost 3 weeks that it was "listed" with no agreement.

They either find another apartment in the meantime, prioritize seeing another over yours, or just plain forget.Tell them in your initial conversation "I will text you at this phone number the day of to confirm, is this the best number to contact you on?"

It’s plain stupid use regular credit cards without paying them off every month - only 0% for a year would help.I have $120K between all my credit cards and all of them 0% with 2-3-4% fees upfront.

@Will Guy Generalizing a bit and trying to put this very plainly, if you are seeking a conforming, residential mortgage for this transaction, it is probably not going to happen with you closing it in LLC.
