Neighborhoods were built over 20-years apart, Linden in newer, has lower taxes, the properties are smaller and sell for a premium price per sq.ft. over Hilltop...Linden has 2x the sales volume and a better balance of conventional loans...likely more owner-occupants and diversity in the community.This is a very specific search...based on your rough criteria....let me know if you really want to dig in and look at price trends, etc.
