Hey all, I'm a newbie investor from Queens NYC. Does the Bronx or New Jersey make more sense for a Buy and hold rental investment? Everywhere else seems a bit too expensive, but I was just wondering what you guys thought. Thanks In Advanced for any discussion! If you would like to meet for coffee discuss just let me know.

The Bronx or Jersey is like saying should I invest in the city of Miami or California. Two completely different animals as 1 is a state and 1 is a county. NJ is the most diverse state in America. So many markets neighborhood, sub markets and micro markets so choose wisely
