Hi Jordan,You have a basement in LA, Wow.As far as laundry rooms go, do your best to make it  (Not a Rape Space).Seal off the area under the stairs to prevent hiding.Seal off all hiding spaces.Don't allow loitering 24/7.Plenty of lighting 24/7.

Fact is there are far more crooks in FLA than almost any other state.. because the laws are such that hiding assets is the easiest in the country why do you think OJ moved there..

I think the trust took Title, use the anonymity to hide it, and also you need to setup AND operate your LLC's to hide their identities.Are you ready for all the additional costs and administrative overhead?
