It's also tougher to tell in the winter months when less people are outside.

Interested to hear from investors that have held properties in the area and whether they've felt a decline in maintenance for the winter months. 

They weren't easy to work with when we had delays due to a wild winter that pushed the schedule back by 3 months. 

The heaters themselves (available at the big box stores) are great and keep the unit as toasty as you could ever want it to be during the winter, and they're much less bulky compared to traditional baseboard heaters.
