This was a cool project to try and problem solve as its not often you have to try and find the buried bodies.

As others have mentioned, I recommend starting to attend some local meetups here and there just to start brushing shoulders with other brokers, investors, wholesalers, etc. to really get your feet wet without putting money on the line. 

As October rolls in, the weather is cooling and real estate continues to do so as well.

I’m considering purchasing a rental property or two in the Dallas area to use as a STR revenue generator and get my feet wet for some passive income before I retire.

They bought the home and have had no complaints to my knowledge.With regards to wet basements and crawl spaces, many times the simple solution is to correct drainage around the exterior.

Had all of them used such an incentive, that would have cost the taxpayer a cool $44.6 billion.Of course, not every first-time homebuyer would use it.

On that campground, we have a conditional use permit (CUP) and have been approved by San Bernardino County by land use services to modify the prexissiting CUP with some additional units, dry to wet campground, pool, gazebos, utility building, etc. it’s a big project.
