I have a client looking to begin building Build-to-rent properties and is interested in the Western Oregon Market——Looking to establish a few connections- IE GC, Architect etc.

Things seem to be moving relatively fast in Fountain Square area these days, but my cautionary note is that things move slower in Indy compared to Western cities.

This include the western states like CA, AZ, OR, WA, ID and even TX.    

I invest in the western suburbs. 

I did in Western MA and found that even though the gas furnace would be more efficient, it cost more up front and there were few propane service providers in the area. 

Instead, it's all the other jobs that are attracted to northern and western Denton county that would be your rental market. 

More recently I have a barn here in Western Wa where we get serious rain; the barn is at the bottom of a big hill and it was useless for storage..........I had a drain installed here too.

., any towns near the oil fields of western North Dakota can be risky...the region is heavily tied to the strength of the oil market which can be great when everything is going well, but can get ugly quickly when the oil market turns)? 

In the Western Chicago Suburbs (Westmont, Villa Park, Wheaton, Lombard, Addison, etc...) there are many apartment buildings located right next to a clustering of all the same exact built buildings, typically each with a different landlord/owner.
