Hi all, hope everyone had a solid weekend! 

The property has since increased 82% in value, we use it frequently as a family for vacations and weekend get aways, greatly minimized my RMD requirement, break even each year on my taxes, etc.

The time thing is mostly just my hours, I work 3rd shift 10 PM to 6 AM and have weekends off so my hours awake are very odd and depend on the day as I do tend to work overtime a lot. 

I have STRs in Buffalo/Niagara but that's far upstate and not something I could do for a weekend trip =)

My husband and I are scheduled to go to Johnstown this weekend to walk thru 5 duplexes.  

Exterior areas are still being finished, but property is up and running at 100% with many long weekends at full occupancy.

They offer day and night classes during the week and on weekends.

I found this deal by "stumbling" on it during a weekend get-away trip with friends for a celebration on another property.
