@Amy Marie   I was actually just in Cleveland (aka, "the mistake on the lake" lol) for a wedding. 

For example, the exterior is brick and I wouldn’t change it because it’s a common theme in the neighborhood. 

Uncle Dan’s catered my wedding and I am about to go pick up a smoked turkey from there.

We'll probably begin seriously looking after the holidays and be ready to invest sometime in the spring/summer of next year... we have my son's wedding to take care of first. 

I was at a wedding this weekend, and was talking with a friend who was working on disposing properties on behalf of a trust for an elderly friend.

I found a common theme by doing just that about generational or legacy wealth creation.

It's located in a residential area and for example if I were to offer it as a wedding venue, it could not be used for a night time wedding dance as this would disturb the neighbors.Three bedroom apartments rent for $750.I do not want to go to the expense of turning it into a duplex or triplex.I do not want to go to the expense of turning it into a home.Has anyone else done something like this?

We do all sorts of production (drones, music videos, commercials) but we specialize in wedding films.

It could be easily played at thousands of wedding receptions during the father/daughter dance.

We get a lot of family reunions, some estate weddings, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette groups, etc. driving in from LA, SD, and other areas within a few hours drive.
