I think a majority of owners voted to mandate sales and rentals go through the board first..at some point.

Get into details on how renovations are done with units occupied, what systems they use to mitigate tenant fraud on applications, how they set price levels for the units?  

These I have found are real, striving parents, working their butts off to provide the best housing and school system for their children.My ethos in this approach is exactly why we at LaPlante refer to them as Residents, as we consider "Tenant and Landlord" to be dated terms and rife with negative emotion.

This person in particular has no previous real estate experiences prior to 2015 except his own rental lol that company that he work for also doesn’t have integrated vertical system to build and manage properties, so it is easy to understand why his investment gone kaput.we have too many newbie Lp investor also that think just because they are rich from tech they can blindly invest as LP somewhere without due Dilegence….

That system is basically: 1/ take advantage of PMLs who don't understand the market, 2/ Take that money and use it for a predatory lending scheme.

Your first hire is unlikely to work out though, was you won't have a good hiring system in place. - So, recommend having that first hire document the crap out of what you want them to do.
