I have heard mixed reviews on VAs.

It's hard work if you're doing it yourself, but I can attest that it works.It's also the kind of thing where you can establish the process you want to use and then offload the work to your team or a group of VAs. 

AS direct marketing has been saturated in many markets this led to robo calling and live calling with VAs oh bout 5 to 7 years ago as information becomes easier to get you just have to pay for it and set up the calling.This is how i bought timberland in Oregon in the 90s..

I think what you really want is a website designer/programmer...most VAs typically do more admin-related work, not necessarily design work (although some VAs do a wide variety of tasks).
