Tenants & contractors always claim no one called them or they called and no one got back to them.

If you're as good as you claim to be, it should be easy to show that the rewards outweigh the risk. 

You might be unrealistic on what you have to spend, or you're looking at the wrong types of deals. 

YOu should ask him why that would be the case and for some type of supporting language to back up his claim.

People always go for the cheapest financing, quit claim in to an LLC and go about their lives, when they've essentially done nothing to protect their personal assets.

But now when you bring up these points, the very same people who invested in Bitcoin back in the early days and are sitting on (in some cases) millions in profits claim that the chances of Bitcoin replacing fiat are pretty low.
