If you happen to stumble across an unbelievable deal/opportunity right after the first one, then a little inefficiency can be afforded especially if its a long term hold. 

But, for about 24 hours after getting the keys, I was unbelievably high on life like you wouldn’t believe!

I think there are some unbelievable spreads to be made here for the right properties.

It was unbelievable because just three hours away back on Long Island, you would be lucky to lose that amount each month.
