I have a duplex and one side has a pretty bad odor.I washed all the walls and doors with pine sol then did it again and it does smell better but the smell seems to still be lingering.I at first thought that the smell was from smoking marijuana the tenants were avid users of the miracle plant. add to that they smoked cigarettes.

I drive methodically drive my farm area looking for vacant properties (high grass, unplowed driveways, trash that never moves, overgrown plants. ask neighbors, etc.)

Well aware of the opportunities made by RE investors and housing.In the big picture, say I open a small factory turning out consumer widgets and use the funding made available for plant, equipment, inventor and employees.

The federal government pays farmers to plant grass and not crops, called CRP.

Get more referrals, talk to others in RE, a title attorney at a title company can usually take care of most routine matters and do so out of court, check at the title plant/company, they have an attorney or one retained.

And as I'm sitting here typing this, it occurs to me that I forgot to plant my bandit signs for the weekend, and I'll be in class all day tomorrow, so this weekend is pretty much shot for signs.
