If it's finished basement, you have trim and drywalling that needs removed and potentially some framing .....but at 8 inches your wiring and recepatcles should still be ok.Budget for the repairs needed and offer accordingly.

A deeper red, more rusty or there is a lighter mud brown that you could do just the floor and in while you trim out the rest of the house in a more muted color.

The property is newly renovated pretty  much all around.New floors, kitchens, bathrooms, paint and trim, 2 carrier ac units, new furnace, 2 water heaters, split electric and gas.Natural gas, pub water and sewer.I will be wrapping closing costs into the mortgage.Ideally, this will be my first home so I will be using this for initially a house Hack, but planning on adding 1 master sweet with walk in closet and bathroom over the empty space above the garage.I was just toying with the numbers to see when we move out if this will make money monthly.

Don't think they were fully done when the inspection took place, but it is done now.Punch List EXTERIOR Seal all seams in siding Seal all gaps on trim and where trim meets siding material Caulk all doors and windows where needed ROOFING / GUTTERS Seal over all exposed nails Repair flashing around vents where needed Add kikk out flashings where needed PLUMBING Adjust hot water temp 110 - 120 deg.
