So my name is Nathan I am 25, happily married, from the Broadway/Sanford NC area, which is 45 minutes south west of Raleigh/Cary, and 30 minutes north of Fayetteville.Our area is beginning to grow quickly due to being in an area with plenty of manufacturing, as well as being centrally located between Raleigh/Triangle and Fayetteville/Fort Bragg.

@Ryan Hayhurst I really like the San Antonio market because it's a major MSA in the Texas triangle that is full of growth, a landlord friendly state like Oklahoma, and there's plenty of small multi-family properties that cash-flow well.

Pardon my humor :D The most favorable neighborhoods to invest in SD in southern SD & Southbay would include Linda Vista / Clairemont, Specifically sherman heights w/i the logan heights triangle, and Chula Vista (mainly 91910 and 91911).
