I can't get anyone to even call me back, now they claim I'm past the trial period.

Hi All,I was recently looking at foreclosures under the tools tab and I signed up for the 7 day trial.  

As others have said here, an investor can absolutely go and build a team on their own, but the trial and error of trying it on your own could definitely add up to more losses than the investment in the program cost.

This is the first time we're trying this.. so it'll be a little learning by trial.

Through trial & error I have learned how to support this specific rental strategy but it can take a bit more attention for those who self-manage.

I've used it during my 7 day free trial - seemed awesome. 

Once the borrower realized we were serious and the foreclosure date was set, the borrower reached out in September with a Financial Hardship Application.We analyzed the financials and offered a trial payment plan along with a loan modification upon completion of that payment plan. 

You may have a confession of judgment provision - which allows the lender to get a judgment without a trial (but they still have to take it to Sheriff Sale). 

Usually there is a lot more variation in commercial for what a lender would be willing to take on, you just need to find a lender who is more willing to take a chance on a new operator.

You could read 100 books and still not know enough because certain things must be learned through trial and error.
