Not Seattle, but Kitsap County...I have a property there that could be marketed to travel nurses and TDY shipyard workers. 

I’m looking to get a condo 2bd/1bath or something similar near rush, Stroger/CC hospital, and UIC (not just looking to attract travel nurses I promise lol).

I think it was just started with travel nurses.

WE provide capital so the student can be successful. and i do travel to the markets but my clients have some skills and experience before i take them on.

Remote work, travel nursing, school.

Is it usually solo business professionals ( travel nurses, corporate executives, etc) that rent midterm.

It's best to start in your own back yard if you can or somewhere where you can get to and home in a day of travel when you are starting out.

Throw in a dose of imposter syndrome and fatalism and you have a recipe for some mood swings right before a property is booked again.From a practical point, I would recommend great photos, a clearly defined target to whom you are advertising and understanding the best pricing of an area really well to ake sure you get booked in a timely fashion.From a more meta perspective, be aware that these listings don't typically get booked well in advance (families displaced by flood or fire, traveling nurses who need a new contract ASAP, and construction projects that realize they need a speciality engineer on-site RIGHT NOW don't book ahead). 

I'm in Europe now and can't travel to Texas, is there a service that I can hire, someone unbiased who will go inspect the property for me?
