I started in small multi-family just as you are considering...it wasn't until I switched to self storage that I was finally able to quit my day job as a therapist and become a full time investor.

I would like to see a physical therapist, dialysis unit or a primary care physician become my next tenant. 

I highly recommend it as you will get energized and inspired from what others are doing and learn a lot of new things.

I am a physical therapist and have come across better opportunities that will allow me to travel.

It would probably be pretty easy to find a human doctor to sign off on it, since they don't want the legal hassle either of denying the owners claim that the pet offers them some form of emotional support that can't be provenIf it was required that some specific professional (i.e therapist etc) actually assess the owner and the pet and only then sign off, it would be pretty straight forward....but that's not the case

Dog valet, dog walkers, massage therapists * purchase good condition fully stabilized assets, might still have room for improvement though* Stabilized assets are usually at or near retail so more worthwhile to hold vs sell immediately * Hold for 5 to 10 years.
