Hello everyone! Allow me to introduce myself, I’m Cory Nolan and I’m new to Bigger Pockets and I’m kind of hooked haha. I live in the Boston metro-west area and I’m looking at getting into flipping and multi-family buy and hold. I’m really impressed with what I’ve learned so far from reading and podcasts and the participation level of the members of Bigger Pockets.
