Looks like you flew an absolute dream of a jet!

I didn't realize beforehand that I would need to re-texture all the walls, but if it ever happens again, would probably be able to negotiate that as well as painting.  

I'll need to have a dumpster delivered new roof, new exterior paint and fixing some siding, new drywall texture new doors new trim new floors a major cleaning in the kitchen new countertops appliances and fixtures.

So I suggest adding some textured blankets on the couch & or chairs.

The primary bathroom had a moldy jetted tub.

Both the tenant and landlord should be reminded at least once or more per day, ideally not just by email, but also texts and canned telephone messages.I became of aware of this flaw recently when I was in the middle of difficult overseas travel and the ensuing recovery from jet lag and failed to realize that a tenant had not paid until the end of the month!  

As pointed out in the above quote, yes, you're expanding your business model and your fortunes through leverage, and this will be jet fuel to your financial program.   

Ask them which drywall textures they do.

I guess I might use it to tow a jet ski or small dump trailer but that would be it.. not going to use it for larger travel trailers EXCEPT the Bowlus travel trailer. 

I've even had to re-texture all of the drywall to get rid of the smells when just doing the floors was not enough....I've found that pet urine smells are worse than people urine smells...when you get a house where it was people peeing on the floors and not pets, that is.
