Real estate school literally teaches you nothing at all thats relevant in the business. 

I went to school at Ohio State for engineering and have a minor in business and computer science.

About 3 years ago my freshman year of high school I was told if I was to house hack after high school I could own 5 properties in 10 year's.I took that to heart and have been saving money since then reading books and listening to podcasts about finance, business and real estate.

If you're looking for original art, you could consider contacting the AP art teacher at a local high school and asking them to coordinate commissioning a student to make something for you or purchasing from a student.

I find newer investors over-using acronyms when they don't even know they mean - ROI, COC, BRRRR, etc.The most glaring old school vs. new school knowledge term that I think people should look to hear, not say, is holding paper.
