To me on the work end part of it, no siding to deal with, no painting required when it starts to fade or weather, seems (to me) to be more sturdy of a structure.

It is generally reasonable to require a Veterinarian's report on the animal; require the animal be spayed or neutered unless contraindicated by the Vet; must be leashed or in a carrier in hallways/stairwells/elevators or other confined spaces unless that interferes with the tasks the animal performs; handler must clean up after the animal in common areas and ensure no offensive odors emanate from their residence; animal cannot be aggressive toward others, or cause disturbance with barking or other noise that is not an element of their purpose; and tenant must update the "request for accommodation" and Vet report annually.

For long term rentals you want a tank that has a very sturdy connection to the bowl preferably a 3 pt connection so the tank wont wobble when the tenant flops their big ol butt on the seat after just getting out of the shower.

They claimed the sturdy bed broke and my husband had to go and repair, then broke a glass in the disposal so when my husband went to fix it he cut his hand.

He's left his short-haired dog tied up outdoors all night in winter, left it caged indoors all day when he's out--and today the dog choked on the leash/chain that was attached to a dog-run wire... and died.
