Tell everyone you know and even some strangers that you are looking to buy a du/tri/quad plex.

Or do you just expect someone to spend a few months helping a stranger who is going to turn around and then compete with them?

Cold calling strangers may not be for you but ask people you know.  

M2M will allow greter control when dealing with strangers and you will find that questionable tenants will not sign a M2M due to their lack of control over your property.

@Diana Johnson In my opinion, the 4 arrest means one thing, she is not a stranger to being arrested.

Getting advice from strangers on the internet is a recipe for disaster.

I know this because I asked 100+ strangers around town what kind of flooring they preferred in their room.

If you've ever written a check you've likely given a stranger that same info and maybe more (i.e. your address printed on the check, a copy of your signature, etc). 

You'll never know I carry it.If you find yourself in vacant / abandoned homes as often as I do, or you're meeting strangers as often as I do, I highly recommend this for a daily carry weapon.And I pray to Almighty God that I never have to use it.

Now, I am hesitant on the idea of inviting complete strangers to live in the same house that I do (obvious reasons there), but I can't argue with the numbers and financial sense that it would make.
