There was a guy on BP who tried to get one going down by Colorado Springs awhile ago called Bonsai Village and got as far as buying the land, but could never get permission due to NIMBY neighbors  and it got stalled in legal red tape until the  land eventually ended up being foreclosed on and turned into open space.

Learn from a mentor and see if you can provide sweat equity in the area of your choice at first to learn in the field training.

I looked on their website and couldn't find any cost amount, everything points to the ladder trap (free webinar, followed by free 3hrs class, followed by free weekend class with $$$$ VIP option, followed by $$$$$ enrollment, followed by more $$$$$ for "advanced training/tools/program").And I looked at your profile - "passion for learning.

With wholesalers on their own with or without guru training I would say maybe 2 or 3 out of 100 actually build a sustainable bizz.. 

You're trying to use your time instead of cold calling to train someone else to do so. 

If you find in person training, make sure it is from someone local.GOOD luck....happy hunting....

No meetings and no trainings, which fits my needs as an investor. 

A TM can be trained in 4 hours to close for an appointment and a closer can be trained after 2 weeks of being an appointment setter.
