For the students we leave shovels..

Based on cranes and shovels, at least in Surrey, I don't see any deceleration - likely the opposite.

But when I drive by and see the tenants shoveling, I stop and help.

If not, a little bit of work with a shovel, some gravel and piping and you can get this taken care of on a weekend.

Shoveling in dirt around the foundation will assist in having puddles of water slopes towards the foundation.

So today the issue arose cause the other day they were served eviction papers I was out shoveling and the baby daddy comes out cussing and yelling at me so I told him to get of my property he refused I called the police and the dispatcher heard him being aggressive as I answered questions.

In it, the tenant was responsible for shoveling snow in Southern CA.  

Sawyer, thanks for the tip.I was looking to do something crazy/fun, but not sure what.Just for fun, I though to invite my friends to one of my houses that is being rehabbed now, give them construction suits, shovels, gloves and ask them to remove construction debris...And then take them somewhere to dinner :)

Dad had to go in with a shovel...

We also have a shovel crew and we are able to clear parking lots, driveways, and walkways from snow.
