I put 4 lots under contract and after everything that's happened,  I've decided to take legal action and wanted to see if anyone has had good results with Aaron Thalwitzer, Esq. or any other attorney.

The seller can pay for it at closing (the title agent will cut the check to the trade to ensure there is no resulting lien) and provide proof of the replacement to the insurance provider.
