They see it online, it’s nice inside, but the street it’s on is rough.

The County is holding what will be their second public meeting on the topic this Monday, from 5:30PM until 7:30PM at AB Tech (and online). 

I didn't invent this, it's the metrics of online media today. 

The real work is locating these properties and I've learned the best way to do this is to work in towns/areas that have online GIS systems that map; topography, wetlands, soils, etc. and assessors data available for download either from local sources or listsource.com.  

An original purchase loan was taken in 1998, which was refinanced in 2004, and then again in 2005.

Now when your agent actually does the release then they send it to the listing agent and its is the listing agents responsibility to forward that doc to the sellers we do this all the time via docu sign or hello sign or whatever on line document system the local MLS uses.. somehow you seem to have this backwards..

So, this whole "you must live in the property for 1 year" claim that we see online seems to be completely baseless.

You don’t even have to attend some conferences, some will publish a list of their speakers and/or attendees and you could simply reach out directly after researching their firms online.
