Which we cleaned up when i bought the Mansion..Back to Doctors this is well talked about and some reality in the private aviation world.. where they can afford top machines but dont have the time to stay current and end up in trouble.. 

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

I just wanted to see if I could get some input on this as we continue to brainstorm about how to make our dreams a reality as quickly as possible. 

The reality is that gun is more likely to make the situation worse than better.

I had mold in some cabinets below my sink and it ended up being significantly cheaper to just replace all of the cabinets.

Affordability is about 1:3So yeah on the surface it looks like a big difference, but there's a lot of things not controlled for in the stats- There were a crazy amount of houses built in the years just after the war, so housing stock was easy to come by everywhere;- Homes had nowhere near the kind of features they have now - 2 car garages, dishwashers, OTC microwaves, W/D hookups, high efficiency windows, central heat & air conditioning, etc - all those doodads and niceties drive up the cost of housing;- Fewer mortgages were 30 year, so homeowners had to pay (relatively) higher monthly payments;- Rentals were almost exclusively apartments, so there was more supply for buyers;ETCI think these things tend to be more stories that make for good press but aren't really that grounded in reality overall.

What I see manufactured for sale is more a promise than reality.

In reality, the company that Van Gundy and Trofimoff identified as the merchantprocessor did not provide any payment processing services for ORES or its purported mobile homeinvestments.

The reality is that if the deal is “good”, the wholesalers getting it under contract would have no problem selling it to one of the 100 investors on their buyers list.  

The dishwasher should be to the right of the sink as a large majority of people are right handed.There is a picture of a second fridge in the kitchen, but no mention of it in the listing.You'd have been better off putting the stove where the second fridge is and giving the renter more countertop space.
