I have REPS by actively and materially participating in my rental property portfolio, and also work as a real estate broker full time (1099 collecting commissions through a single member/purpose LLC) from buildings I sell.My losses from my rental properties (LLC #A) largely offset any federal and state taxes from my brokerage business (LLC #B).

I am seeking an early retirement and it looks like real estate is the way. 

This house is in a neighborhood that will not significantly appreciate according to my real estate agent.

Now do not get me wrong, tech has its place in real estate, but it’s not a replacement for expertise.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

These are things at the high level I want to be looking at for all my real estate purchases. 

What if I am sending the voicemail/text blast to a list generated from ads for real estate for rent?
