I've been reading how the PNW is the worst place to invest.

If you are considering buying short term rental properties I suggest reading "Short-term rental Long-term wealth" by Avery Carl. 

I have also read a few auction foreclosure books as well. 

Apologize in advance if this has been outlined before, but I read on different posts you can use hard money loans through Auction.com.

Keith mentioned co-living, which I couldn't get even after reading about it.  

I have 0 experience managing STR properties, but lots of experience using Airbnb from my travels 😅 I am halfway reading Avery Carl’s book on STR.

I've been reading books and listening to various BP podcasts nonstop for the past couple months, but I'd love to hear thoughts about the right strategy for turning our war chest into a sound real estate portfolio (preferably before I'm too old to enjoy the fruits of our labor!).

I'd recommend talking to local investors of your prospective cities to get positive and negative feedback, someone who isn't trying to sell you anything.Do you mind sharing how much capital you have to invest in?  

So the numbers seem to support either.Just looking for some feedback as I continue to brainstorm a path to success.
