Hi @Jorge Lopez appears the iOS version of the bigger pockets app has been pulled off the App Store, usually that happens because apps are not getting updated to meet current standards but I would have to defer to the BP team to clarify.

In the entire township, there is only one pocket where that use is by right. and it has been already built on.

I am adding about 20 more this year, but there's one small pocket I'm struggling with the financing on (honestly, due to Huntington Bank dragging their feet on items, etc.), so I'm seeing what other options there may be. 

Maybe the path I chose was the best, but my wallet would disagree.

Listening to one bigger pockets episode or a good book here and there really can be a good reminder, refresher on the financial journey.

Multiple threads on bigger pockets with RAD Diversified investors (the  REIT and investment company) complaining about bait and switch tactics where they believed to invest in the REIT only to find out RAD tried to convert the investment into an unsecured loan.
