I personally would only reno to add additional living space and leave the rest as is.

I've done this with my properties because I'm well known in my small town and don't want people to know what I own.LEGAL PROTECTION: By placing your assets in an LLC, you are legally separating them from your personal assets.

Ultimately it would boil down to your personal risk tolerance.

My personal property is located in pennsylvania and my friends who are foresters have told me I have oak and hickory that are 250 years old which is unheard of in PA. if I were you.

While I don't personally cover the Scranton area, my team and I work extensively with investors in the Philly suburbs, and I’m always up for a great real estate conversation.

I personally like the town of Oakhurst and the restrictions are less rigorous than Mariposa. 2.)
