Now my parents are still married but imagine if you can that one day my father comes home and declares after 40 years of marriage, that he fell in love with his secretary or one of his buddy's at work ( lol, I just had a image of my dad being gay ..) it has happened to 100's of thousands of women.

So my parents are doing a 1031 on their old property to buya new one.

Maybe you can if you already have a perfect SAT, make a large donation to the school, and have a personal relationship with the head of admissions. 

As I hope to use the unit a bit myself, I also want to take into consideration the kind of community I'd like to use (which, conveniently, is also about to be primary parent demographic so I'm hopeful other millennials will be looking for similar things)FWIW, I'm happy to do reno on an individual unit, but was kinda underwhelmed by the community as a whole.I liked Champions Gate, but at my price point, I can't buy much that's appealing there.

I tend to get him to agree with me bit by bit by showing him a different way to invest such that we can have a different future net worth trajectory than his parents (who have made and spent a LOT of money.)

As to what you wrote above, it's just a wishful thinking, I am a businessman, not a non-profit or charitable organization receiving state grants and donations.

My parents got screwed with the 401K and stock market and it's my mission to get everyone out of that "garbage!"
