Hard to tell from the angle of the picture, but you may want to trim the tree if it is significantly obscuring the view of the home.

I guess - not sure at this point who mentioned this obscure thing, but I've never been there.

And then, of course, unless you're an experienced and certified home inspector, it can be difficult to know exactly what a good deal is if you're unaware of some obscure issues with the house.

If that's the case, I'd imagine there's more then a few people gone who had some obscure knowledge of these contracts etc and more stuff will slip through.
