I've shied away from this because I'm not sure I want to be in business with a family member but putting that aside for the moment, my question is what is a reasonable equity split.

We have a lot of clients investing in East Ridge and North Redbank/South Hixson at the moment, with longer termed clients investing in Glass Farms and Alton Park for more of a long term appreciation play. 

However, the moment I take them off as authorized users, it removes it from their profile and their scores will drop.
