Brokers send that in and then are put through a series of videos showing how to package the loans and load them into the companies system.Broker does that loads them into the system and now you have individual borrowers with all their personal info being transmitted to the fake wholesaler lender.. 

I know there are a ton of books and videos out there to explain this.

@Scott TrenchOnly thing I can think of is He just recorded a video on YouTube that discussed a former employee of bigger pockets and had some criticisms.

This is usually done through a series of videos (we provide the scripts) before telling them to sell their house to you over your competitors.Other clients, who don't feel comfortable recording videos, can still get good results but it's done through images / infographics and other content that helps build your brand and authority.How are you generating MS leads these days?

I also recommend reading blogs and forums or watching videos on how to develop a good roommate contract, house rules, etc.

I bought some tools, watched YouTube videos, and saved thousands on the remodel.
